This is definitely an album that is worth buying.Tracks 1 and 6
are the most recent Crush 40 songs and they're awesome!!Have you
bought the Crush 40 album?Remember the final Track "Escape From
The City"?Liked it?Then you'll love Track 2(Same singers).Track 3 is one of those songs that you'll remember forever,it's way
cool!Track 4 is definitely the only Track you can hate,but I like it.Track 5 is a song that has a great beat.There are also 6 vocal tracks from Sonic Adventure(Open Your Heart:The first Crush 40 song).I will list and rate each track:

1-"Sonic Heroes" by Crush 40 [5 Stars]
2-"We Can" by Ted Poley(Danger Danger) & Tony Harnell(TNT) [4 Stars]
3-"This Machine" by Julien-K [5 Stars]
4-"Follow Me" by Kay Hanley [3.5 Stars]
5-"Team Chaotix" by Gunnar Nelson from The Nelsons [4.5 Stars]
6-"What I'm Made Of" by Crush 40 [5 Stars and beyond]

So you see?Buy it and love it!Now excuse me,but I'm going to hear it now.WHAT I'M MADE OF!!!

The Sonic Heroes music is pretty good but I don't think it's the best one. It's still good though but We Can and Team Chaotix just doesn't sound right.

So this is what I think of the trax on the album:

Sonic Heroes (Main Theme)(4.5/5) Catchy drum beat, this song is heaps cool, but the only problem it's too short.

We Can (Team Sonic's Theme) (2/5) Even though it's similar to Escape From The City from Sonic Adventure 2 - a bit - It doesn't sound right. I think they got sumthin wrong on this one!

This Machine (Team Dark's Theme) (5/5) The best track on the whole album! Just everything in this song is great! This is probably in my top 50 songs ever!

Follow Me (Team Rose's Theme) (4/5) This is where the genre changes to pop instead of the rock/pop and sumtimes dance. This song gets better everytime you hear it! Even though it's pop (which I'm not usually a big fan of) it sounds better than most pop.

Team Chaotix (Team Chaotix's Theme) (3.5/5) This song would be a lot better if verse 1 was shorter. It goes forever and I don't think long verses work in this song. Other than that it's pretty cool.

What I'm Made of (Final Boss) (5/5) This song is awsome!

I think that the songs were great. Here is how I would grade the songs:

Sonic Heroes Main Theme: 4/5. Very good beat but it is too short. Very good gutiar playing.

We Can: 5/5. It's so awsome! It's my second most favorite song in the whole world. It kinda teaches you about friendship.

This Machine: 3/5. A good beat but at the begining, cut the music a little bit.

Follow Me: 4/5. Very nice pop. Well I'm a boy so it is a little girlish.

Team Chaotix: 3/5 Catchy tune but shorten it up a little.

What I'm Made Of: 6/5: SOOOOO AWSOME!!!!!!!!

These are not good songs. They are GREAT!
