This TrippLite product lived up to my expectations. It was easy to use right out of the box. It's design allowed me to plug in all my peripherals with their large power adpaters which is not possible with many other UPS products currently on the market.

I have owned several Tripp lite UPS units. Two destroyed by lightning,but all attached equipment survived. My last Tripp lite Internet Office 750VA took a tremendous line surge which shut down all electronics, Microwave and electric range. No damage to any attached equipment, my DVD recorder was damaged but it was connected to a household surge protector. Tested the new unit after charging for 12 hours, and it worked as expected, computer and peripherals stayed in operation during test. Thank you Tripp lite, as I haven't lost any computer equipment to lightning or surges.

I had the tripp lite 750VA for two months now and the product has performed well. I used it in my office for computers and back-up drive. The power to our building experience infrequent black out or spikes, and each time, I was able to save my work and shutdown the computer without any problem.

The extra receptacles were misleading, since UPS is only supplied to three out of the 12 available. It would be better to color code the UPS receptacles to orange so that you don't have to guess which one is UPS and which one is not.

The UPS worked great out of the box. Nine months later, no current and a leaking battery. I call Tripp Lite and am blown away by their offer to ship a replacement, no charge, asking only that I cut off the cord from the old unit and recylce it. APC, Eveready will no longer even rate a look by me due to service which doesn't hold a candle to T-L. Hence the title. PS, got it in in 8 days!

Like one of the other reviewers, my Tripp Lite Internet750U UPS died almost exactly after it was 2 years old and just past the warranty period. Unfortunately, I found after googling this product that many other users have experienced the same failure after 2 years. I will be looking for a different manufacturer for my next UPS.

I purchased several fo these units in March/June of 2006 for my own personal use as well as family members. Units have been lightly used for DLP TV backup as well as power for VOIP router and cable modem. Unfortunately, three of the units failed just after the two year warrantly period was up. Tripp Lite refuses to replace the units, however, they have offered to sell me some new units at about the same price offered here. I will not buy another Tripp Lite product.
