A fun and freaky romp!,

This is a very interesting first novel written by a young author, who was only 18 when he finished the book. TRIPPERS is described as a farce of haunted-house novels, and this is quite evident through the course of the narrative, where everything dark and macabre has a cynical and jokey edge to it. In the midst of the weird goings-on in the house, there are other anecdotes told by the characters, which add to the depth of the storyline, all the way up to its freaky conclusion. I recommend this book if you're looking for a humorous, 'lighthearted' horror fest... it may not be perfect, but it's FUNtastic. Cheers.
