My wife bought a pack from this company several years ago from this company but found it discontinued recently. She tried this one on recommendation from company rep and loves it for her headaches and wants to now buy more

This is another reusable ice pack therapy for relief of pain (Doctor recommended). When you finish with it just put it in the freezer for an hour or so and it is ready to use again. My wife and I have two or more of this product. Use the second one while the first is cooling down.

I use this product only once daily, for migraine relief or prevention, and weigh 115 lbs. One side of the fabric (the side that sits against my neck) is almost worn through, this has happened in less than a year. I have been solely using it as an ice pack, so as you can imagine, I don't move much when I have it on. I am really disappointed, as this item was one of the few things that give me any relief when the migraines are immobilizing. Other than complete darkness and silence.

Delivery was super quick. Love the idea that it's a hot and cold pack. Love even more, the fact that it's a hands free pack. I can move around, if need be, while using the product, although I prefer to sit still when using it.

My wife and I are doing the diet from "The Four Hour Body," and the author recommends ice packs as a way to boost your metabolic rate (if I'm remembering things correctly).

I ordered a pair of these, and found that they seem to be very sturdily made, remain very pliable even when frozen overnight, and conform to the shape of our bodies very well.

Ice packs aren't rocket science, but this one appears to be thought out very well, and does its job solidly. I haven't used it as a heat pack and probably won't as I have a dedicated rice bag fro that purpose that has served me well for years, but it is nice that they created a product that can be used for either application.

I purchased this product because I recently had shoulder surgery. The smaller ice packs I had didn't cover the shoulder easily and kept sliding off. I have also been struggling with pain in my neck from an old injury. I decided to give this product a try. I'm glad I did! I haven't been sorry for a second that I invested in this terrific item!
