So this ended up being a total waste of money for me. First of all, it's like 6 ft long. I don't know about you, but there's no one trying to plug in their iPod from my trunk! Also, the sound quality is terrible. I had to turn the volume all the way up to it's max just to hear it. Overall I was very dissatisfied with this product. I ended up buying a Monster car charger that also had the aux cable and was amazed by how much better the sound quality was (not to mention the convenient normal sized cord!) Keep looking!Monster iCarCharger 1000 for iPod and iPhone
