It's Better Than Nothing.,

And it is just that: Better than nothing.
A typical Haynes Manual. A sometimes confused instructional manual for those of us who have the misfortune to love these bikes of our youth. Print and photographs are poor looking as if someone did a bad Xerox of a better copy. Not enough effort is made to differentiate the various technical differences of the three basic engine designs. Insufficient coverage of the last U.S models or Brit models for that matter. For someone who grew up with these bikes, this manual is a refresher course bringing back to memory all the nuances the manual itself does not present or deal with. For a beginner who might need more of a step-by-step process, "Danger Will Robinson, Danger!" Proceed with caution. |
