Richard A. Lupoff has been writing top-notch SF and mystery books since the 60s, as well as giving radio interviews and publishing numerous articles. He resides in Berkeley CA where he recently started his own imprint in conjunction with Ramble House, Surinam Turtle Press. He plans to publish numerous great old mystery and SF books in the near future.
