You better know your stuff before you plan on purchasing this game and make sure you know 2-4 people who know more than they should as well about the Star Wars universe. Some of these questions are extremely tough and there are very few easy ones. I used to play the Decipher Star Wars card game, so my memory of those cards actually helped me a lot with remembering certain characters that were barely mentioned in the films. This is a truly great game that we knowledgeable Star Wars fans finally deserve.

There's nothing like getting together with fellow Star Wars fans and play this special version of Trivial Pursuit. It's great! It's just like the old Trivial Pursuit with, of course, questions only about Star Wars. When you try for a wedge, however, you have to resort to one of two DVDs that come with the game for the question. If you don't answer the question in the time limit given, your oponents can shout out the right answer - as long as they don't have the wedge - and possibly steal it from you. If you like the classic Trivial Pursuit and you happen to be a Star Wars fan and you have a couple like-minded friends or family members, this is a lot of fun and definitely worth the money.

I'm a big fan of both Star Wars and games like Trivial Pursuit and Scene It?. However, I must stress that you should only spend your money on something like this if you know three other people who feel the same as you do about it. The geeky types that like to test each others knowledge of Star Wars. Otherwise, you'll be hard-pressed to get your money's worth out of it, because it's not that worth it to the less geeky types who think it's silly to sit around discussing facts. If you can't tell, I've had a hard time getting people to play this game with me. They seem to think that I will definately win and that it's not worth playing to find out.

Also, I was slightly dissapointed in the choice of pieces to play as. They were all jedi. And it's also slightly difficult to tell them apart.

Overall, I enjoyed the game, but can't get anyone to play it with me.

VERY FUN game! As a huge star wars fan this game is soooo fun! I thought I knew everything about SW but some of the questions are really tough! That makes it fun! There are more simple questions as well. Also very impressed with the DVD portion of the game. Very well done and a really cool added feature! Love it all around!

I got this for my brother as a Christmas gift and he loved it. All the pieces were there and everything worked just fine. The only thing that may be an issue is the cards in the game are rather hard. You have to be a HUGE Star Wars fan to get some of them!

This is a great game! The DVDs really make it come alive. I couldn't imagine this game without the music, images, film clips, and other various forms of dynamism of the DVDs. The game is great fun and will teach most people a great deal about Star Wars.

A word of caution is in order, though. If you would never call yourself "a Star Wars fan," then you probably will be able to answer only a handful of questions during any particular game. In fact, even the most "diehard" fans are likely to find a few questions that will leave them scratching their heads.

I was so excited to receive this game! I have a group of friends that are huge SW nerds like myself, and thought this would be a good way to pass the time before TFA comes out.
Well, there's definitely some cons that we found after first playing it:
1) TOO MANY ROLL AGAIN SPACES. We kept landing on them! The problem is that you can choose your direction but often times you land on roll again in both directions
2) this is supposed to be for diehard fans. So why are there questions like "what weapon did Anakin use to kill the Tusken Raiders?" or "What did Han say to Leia after she told him she loves him?" SERIOUSLY? Why aren't there cards with different levels of difficulty? The hard ones, like ones that you'd only know if you watched behind-the-scenes features--that's what would've helped
3) this is just a bit of advice, but don't play as teams. You're going to have someone on yours who doesn't know anything, which gets tedious. My friends and I will probably make more game pieces out of whatever and then keep track of the colors we earn, so that more than 4 people can play and we can avoid teams
4) there's no party mode. Maybe I missed it, but it would be great if there was just a bunch of DVD trivia to casually play.

I mean, I can't be too picky because this is the only option on the market for SW trivia games, but there's a few kinks that held back the game. I think we will rewrite the rules, like not doing roll agains, and hopefully it'll be more fun.

The questions can be hard, and if you've read the books and played the card game then you should do fairly well. I am learning so much more about Star wars that I never knew before. Really fun to play with a group.
