A sure buy for Quebecois music lovers, October 22, 2001

These two cds form the third part of a recollection of selected songs of Quebecois singer/songwriter J-P Ferland. Simply one of Quebec's greatest artist for decades. Known for being a modern "crooner", his writings never lack witt and are thoughtful. A great range of music is used here, from folksy to progressive, going through the years of his still ongoing career. Jean-Pierre Ferland is a "well kept secret" outside Quebec (and France...), and a pleasent surprise for those who finally takes time to listen to his lyrics and understand that he is a lot more than a "crooner".
