Doesn't feel good,

I tried it multiple times on my girl and she didn't think it did anything for her. So I tried it on me. Nada. In fact, it tended to dry her out if it somehow got inside her while working it around and as for me, it was a very poor lubricant and the "warming" sensation was never felt. I'm sending it back for a refund.

I guess it could depend on the person whether or not this will help stimulate arousal. I liked it okay, there are other things I've liked better but it's not bad for what I paid for it.
