If you are looking for sheer enjoyment out of a musical instrument, look no further than the slide whistle. It's siren sounds have been known to cure the sick, make sad people smile, and single-handedly revived Tony Danzas career. I take this with me while i'm driving, so when I cut people off and they try to attack me, I pull it out, play it 2-3 good times, that they automatically retreat because they've never experienced something so beautiful before. I actually revived my dying gerbil Mr. Squeakers by playing a few choice notes on the whistle, he's been alive and kicking ever since. I'm somewhat of a local miracle worker. If i'm ever in a confrontational situation for stealing away some random guys girlfriend, there's no need to fight, I just pull out the slide whistle and they know then that I am superior. I go to the local nursing home and played and a man who has been in a wheel chair for 8 years stood up and did the charleston right on the spot, I got a lot of high fives that day. If those aren't miracles, than Patrick Duffy isn't working at a Food Lion in Butt, MT.
