I have been trying to find an alternative diet to the atkins or the south beach so I can continue to eat foods I enjoy with a well thought out plan. Lisa, through her book has accomplished that, I with all of her interesting and innnovative ideas she brings to the table allows me to eat healthy, smart and better yet fun!!

I highly reccomend this diet book/life for anyone interested in slimming up, felling and eating healthy, or intereted in major weight loss.

also, with her crudentials how can you not trust her..

The Tropical Diet is a realistic program, not something you can say about many of the fad crazes these days. There is a place for EVERYTHING on this plan...even ice cream and relaxation...imagine that! I have used this program and have seen changes because there are no restrictions. The program is about becoming educated, learning what works for YOU, giving yourself permission and enjoying food and life once again. It's about time something like this came around.
