Bad Pictures
No photos just illustrations, and they are not very good. You may get a general idea but the are realy bad.

I recomend this book to anyone who has an interest in rainforest wildlife. This book with its mix of great graphic details and pleasent pictures for younger kids who's attenion isn't captured by long dreadful words. With details and pictures intertwined this makes an enjoyful books to read and to learn.

This is a great guide for anyone interested in all kinds of wildlife native to the tropics. It is concise, well organized and well written and fits into your pocket so that you can take it virtually anywhere with you.

Great little guide,

This is a terrific little 160-page guide for students young and old, whether studying the tropical ecosystems from an armchair on on hikes in tropical regions. The illustrations are indeed water colors, but are extremely life like, and resemble photographs in many cases. They also emphasize particular markings, making certain bird and plant species easier to identify than with simple photographs alone.
