Product Description
This is my new "secret", less expensive wall or bar covering. It's a Beach mat which looks great applied to bars or walls, all you need to do is remove the fabric around the edges and apply it. Reed Matting perfect for wall or bar coverings. It comes in a roll which measures approx. 29 inches by 72 inches.

Great mat that is inexpensive. Used for day trip to beach and worked great. Does mold easily if left outside.

I purchased two of these mats to use them (somewhat unusually) as a screen in my back porch. I will hang them to a couple of poles I installed for this purpose. I have seen many straw mats in my life and these look relatively fragile. They are also not terribly large, although I would likely find them adequate if I had to use them at the beach. Overall, the mats I purchased two years ago at World Market (for a similar price) were larger and significantly sturdier. Unfortunately I could not find the same products this year, which is why I decided to buy on Amazon.
Anyway, these mats are OK but not great. On the other hand, they are quite inexpensive and I am sure they will be adequate for most people, including myself. I would most likely buy them again unless I found the World Market mats I mentioned above.

This item was exactly what I was looking for. Rolls up to the
perfect size for carrying in my kayak. Great for laying or sitting on at the beach, does not collect sand, easy to shake off and dries vey quickly. Not too expensive, would definitly buy more.
