I have a white Shih Tzu who always has had a problem with tear stains and dried eye goobers in the hair by her eyes... after using this product on her, her tear stains are gone! I have tried tear stain wipes, spray, other scrubs, etc... but this was the only product that worked. It doesn't bother her when it gets in her eyes, although, she does try to lick it a lot! Overall, great product. I have recommended it to several friends with light colored dogs.

My dog not only gets tear stains, but gets eye boogies then get stuck to the hear near his eyes, and gets totally gross. So I bought this after readiing about it on a maltese forum. I really like it! I use exfoliating gloves, pour a little on, and apply it with care on his damp face. He doesn't mind one bit, i scrub a little, then wash it off then dry his face a little, viola, he looks tons better and his little face smells delicious! I would buy it again.

We have 3 Havaneses. The new puppy has really bad tear stains. The kind that makes his face damp all day with really deep red staining. We been using this almost every other day. It keeps his face smelling fresh but doesn't really get rid of the staining. Overall, we still like it for a good face wash. It smells great and my dogs are not bothered by it during the wash.

I love the smell of this product. It works pretty well for generally cleaning up but won't get tough stains out of white dogs. It doesn't do much for tear stains but those really need to be taken care of with an internal product. Overall it is a good product for getting your pet smelling clean and it doesn't irritate their eyes.

i heard so much about Spa Lavish fascial scrub - i have a 4lb maltese and we get tear staining all the time so I needed something that is specifically for the face. The package does not say it is tearless but apparently it is. It smells nice but my dog really does not like it for some reason - maybe because of the smell... At first it seems there really is nothing special about this fascial scrub, but when the hair dries, the tear stains are much less visible.... overall I like it
