I listened to the samples on Amazon before I purchased this album and I could not be happier with my purchase.John Michael Talbot has a purity of voice and a spirituality ,in his music, that goes right to the heart! Listen to "Holy Darkness" and "Be Not Afraid". I never tire of his melodies.... so beautiful,sacred and they then bring you into a "sacred space". What a talent and a gift. His love for God is infused in his music and, then. it enriches all who listen. Thank you John Michael Talbot. You are a real troubadour for the Lord!

Back in the days, I used to own almost every album Talbot putout ~ attended a couple concerts...but his guitar skills/melodies will be forever etched in my memories. Now he's pretty much the only one I listen to on Pandora Radio Station...him and Michael Card. And I'm not a Catholic :)
