There is no question about the soul of Aretha Franklin, and the distinctive voice she has shown over the years. Yet, she still hasn't made any new music since 2003's So Damn Happy. Yet, so much has been going around about her health, but she still has a lot to go for with her fans. That shows with the classics like Trouble In Mind, from the re-release of Aretha's classic 1962 Songbook album, set to be released next month. It really sounds great restored, and remind us in a day in age where everyone is trying to be racy or rauchy a' la Lady Gaga, it is too easy to forget what a real voice should sound like. This is a great download for Classic Soul.
