Trouble in mind Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
I am a Vietnam Combat Vet and have been in therapy with the VA for 11 years. The 25 min tape had a lot of good info for me. I watch it over and over take notes and think a lot. I think Kate Jackson was Charlie's best Angel

Awful!
As a sufferer of this very painful disorder, I am always looking for new information about PTSD. I was so angry that I spent so much money on this video. First of all, on the tape it said it was 50 minutes!! Not really!! It was only about 25 minutes. I learned nothing new about this illness. There were no interesting facts about the illness, or treatment options. I...

As a sufferer of this very painful disorder, I am always looking for new information about PTSD. I was so angry that I spent so much money on this video. First of all, on the tape it said it was 50 minutes!! Not really!! It was only about 25 minutes. I learned nothing new about this illness. There were no interesting facts about the illness, or treatment options. I felt like I wasted my time, and money. I urge you NOT to purchase this video. You will thank me later!!
