A Rare Gem!,

Part of the StarBlaze Editions (edited by Polly And Kelly Freas) this delightful collection of short stories includes the title story along with the fabuloue "The Gambling Hell And The Sinful Girl" (who is prominently featured on the cover) My only critique is that there were fewer than 10 of Kelly's illustrations (including the cover) but each of the dozen stories show the "charm" MacLean brought to the everyday of even the most unusual situations.
If you find one of these, GRAB IT! You won't be sorry. |
