I bought this book because the name was appealing and I thought it would be useful for my job on a help desk. There are more pictures than real information and I've found much better troubleshooting tips on newsgroups and in other books. The concept of this book is good and I want to like it, but it just doesn't deliver. Perhaps it would be useful for someone with little Microsoft Office experience.
