4.0 out of 5 stars Good reference book
If you actually have good skill in electricities concept and pratical use maybe you will find this book too much elementary. It proposes good info. and a easy to understand chapter on troubles shooting but i find they could put more info. and some higher level of theories without to fall on a engineer type of writting. You could find the same info. in the Answer Man...

1.0 out of 5 stars Why Bother
If a tech is looking for a book to help guide you through troubleshooting, especially electric heat systems, then continue looking. I'm not sure what level the author was trying to reach, however I was very disappointed. The most use I could find is maybe using it to start a fire in the fireplace.
