Replacing string on the spool is maddening. I'd like to order more spools, to keep up with supply and demand, instead of running out in the middle of trimming/edging and fooling around for 40 or 50 minutes restringing the spool. I'll never buy one again.

This broke within 16 months of extremely light use. The plastic housing for the string shattered while in use--don't know why--and NO PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. Don't buy this!

It's not comfortable to use for anything longer than 10 minutes. The length is too short and I'm a short person. Anything after 10 minutes my back hurts from using it.

Bump & Feed doesn't work well - but many do not so I guess nothing's new here.

Perhaps with a different trimmer head, it may be better, I don't know, but I've given mine away and am onto a Stihl gas trimmer once & for all.....
