Have yet to use the hedge trimmer but it looks like a good product. I was dismayed to find that the battery and charger are not included with product when shipped. This should have been more clearly indicated in the initial product info. If you are considering this product, keep in mind the charger and battery are sold separatly at additional costs!!!

I now know to spend more time reading than buying. I purchased the Troy Built hedge trimmer and blower and paid extra to get these items in two days so I could use them today before leaving on a trip. Needless to say, there are no batteries or charger so I can't use them anyway. And now I have to use much more time finding a battery because there isn't an easy reference to the purchase availability of these. Just very disappointed at this time since I'm running out of time.
