Size: Large
Overall the quality is good but the large isn't large enough for a 200lb+ rider, so don't even think about it!

I wear XL/2XL shirts and its like trying to put on a M/L shirt or something.Rides very high.Even adjusting the straps all the way out.

The waist clips are good.

Has some weird velcro pad on one side of the waist but not the other.

Shoulder strap adjustment via 2 screwdrivers. Adjusts the straps an inch or so either way.

If they made an XL/2XL I'd be all over it.
