Looking for a good way to ice or heat up your knee? Well, this wrap will do both very well. Basically it's just a wrap with a gel pack that's inserted inside a little pocket.

It's ridiculously easy to use too. After you heat the pack or freeze it, all you do is slip it in the pocket and velcro-it snugly around your knee. Be aware that a few people might...

This item is a blue velcro strap that has a pouch for a ice/hot pack on the inside. The strap really does not stay on my leg very well, and I constantly had to pull the thing up. If I was sitting on the couch it was fine, but if I moved, so would the strap. Good idea, but did not work that well for me.

Be aware that a few people might complain that it doesn't stay on when you move around - but you probably shouldn't be walking around much when heating or icing your knee anyway! A nice little knee wrap, I give it two thumbs up. Also recommend Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis if you have knee arthritis.

4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect, October 3, 2011

Good product. Sturdy velcro keeps the things anchored on to my knees, even while standing. They get very, very cold, and don't give off much, if any, condensation. The only downside is the only thing separating the gel pack from your skin is a thin mesh. You'll need to put a towel or cloth in between the ice pack and your skin to avoid freeze-burning yourself. It would have been nice if they had just made the gel pack holder out of a cloth rather than a mesh, so this "extra step" would be built in. Otherwise, a solid product, that performs as advertised.

Bought this for my son who has Osgood Schlatter in his knee. This ice pack fits around his knee so he can walk around while its on. The gel pack molds to his knee even when frozen so its very nice. Very happy with the purchase. 100 times better than trying to keep a bag of ice balanced on his knee!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product, July 12, 2009

I had a sprained knee, and I was trying to ice it as best as I could by using a cold pack. But it was tough to hold in place for a long time.

A friend of mine had purchased a neoprene belt from Walgreens, which had a pouch and a velcro fastener to secure keep it in place, he lent it to me. It was just perfect for massaging the knee and very easy to use. I want to buy one for myself, but I could not find it locally so I checked online.

This product is identical to the one sold in medical stores. The construction quality is excellent, and I have used it for both hold and cold massage for my knee. The velcro belt keeps it in place, the neoprene material very comfortable when against the skin (unlike the picture where it looks like rubber - which it is not) And Amazon is offering it at a wonderful price.

This is a wonderful investment as compared to those one time use hot or cold packs. Go for it, you wont be disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Heat wrap, December 22, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Tru-Fit Ice/heat Multi Wrap With Gel Pack Blue One Size Fits All (Health and Beauty)
Used it 3 times so far

Pros:
Strap is long enough to wrap around my upper tigh. Haven't tried freezing it, yet. Pouch holds the gel pack nicely & securely.

cons:
After the 2nd use, seems the gel pack doesn't hold the heat as long. Where the pouch holds the gel pack, it needs to be in the center of the strap, no the end. Strap must be tighten very tightly to stay secure; it would be better if it had a slip-resistant under layer-would remedy this issue.

For the price, i guess its worth. Not sure how long the gel pack will last. Only time will tell. I might recommend only b/c the price.

I am having knee pain and ordered this item and it works great. I still have knee pain but the band is snug and fits securily around the knee and the ice pack is great. Better than just a knee brace.

The wrap holds ice pack on my knee. But not when walking around. I use it after hiking. I would recomend it.
