It's big, it's beautiful and it the smell reminds me of the beach! the straw mats you lay on It is thick and heavy and sturdy.....love the two tone. Just hand wash (and if you have hard water dry with a cloth right away) and keep some bamboo oil on hand and your set for a loooong time! :)

It's a little expensive compare to other bamboo cutting boards in local supermarket, but good quality and perfect weight (not too heavy).

I found online for an extra-large cutting board, and this is the one I found with a reasonable price. It is nice and looks beautiful. The only consideration is that bamboo feels soft when I cutting something on it.

I have owned this board for about 3 years now & use it almost every day. I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size for everyday cooking. It does not absorb aromas. It is a practical weight. Bamboo is eco-friendly. It is easy on knives, yet does not leave deep marks. I rub mineral oil on it about every 4-5 months which keeps it from drying & cracking. Great quality for a great price!! I would buy another without hesitation, but mine is still in great shape. Highly recommend!!

The picture of this cutting board looked great. The actual board was even prettier. And we are all learning how tough this pretty reed is. I bought for a gift and was sorry I didn't get one myself. Be sure you get the conditioner so this beauty won't crack and age on you too fast. We all have to take care of our skin.

I have the Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Signature knife set and I read that to keep them sharper longer you should use them with wood cutting board. After spending that much money on the knives, this board was a no brainer. It seems like a good quality bamboo board. Seems thick, 12"x18" for the extra large board. I do wish they offered one that was maybe 12" by 24", but this is the largest they offer. The two tone also looks very nice.

This is a really beautiful cutting board. I purchased it as a gift so I can't comment about how it will hold up with use, but it seems to be made from great quality bamboo.
