I tried this formula and in 2 weeks time, no hot flashes. None. Not at night, not in the daytime ... none. I bought this because all of the ingredients claim to help with flashes but it takes a good month of testing each one to find out what works for each individual. Instead of going the long route, I figured I'd do them all together and I really didn't care which one was working as long as it worked.Now the downside. I have no idea if this is related or not but I broke out in a terrible face rash. I have no idea what caused it and if this is at all related. I have stopped taking everything until I see the doctor and try to determine the cause. It may not be related at all. But ... the flashes are back with a vengeance! |
