These pills are huge and if you have trouble swallowing, I don't recommend. The plus side of taking these pills can not be said enough. This huge bottle has lasted me a long time and I was taking 2 a day and it seems I am just now half way done with the bottle. Excellent value.

Dr. Oz recommended to his viewers to take this supplement - I bought a bottle and was amazed at the benefits. Not only is it good for your heart, but ladies, if you have ever had cracked heels and rough feet, this is for you. It makes your skin soft and your feet like new. I was amazed at how shiny my hair got plus just the skin on my face seemed to improve. I was told this was needed for your well being - I believe it too.

Although the source of this Omega 3 vitamin is flaxseed, and these vitamins come up in a search for "vegetarian Omega 3", the capsules are made of GELATIN! This product is not suitable for many vegetarians!

Since using this product I have had a lot of improvement with my asthmatic episodes. I have not had one since I've started taking them over six months ago. It has also been very helpful with my seasonal allergies. Excellent product!

This product is full-bodied flaxsed with 1300 mg of complex Omega 3,6,9, for overall health. My husband (65 years young) has been using this product for nearly six years and he is amazed with the positive and healthy state of his heart function, eyes, skin, and hair over many years. Truly a gem of a product!

This is a fine product, and I'll continue to use it, but the pills are very large and hard to swallow if you're like me and you have difficulty swalling pills. I gag nearly everytime I try to take one, and that sort of makes me not want to take them, but I'm sure the health benefits are worth the temporary discomfort. If I find a similiar formula in a smaller pill, I'll use that instead.

You sell these products---they are NOT "true nature" -- they almost always have food dye!!

Stop promoting TRUNATURE vitamin & supplements!! They are NOT TRUE TO NATURE AT ALL!!!

They mostly ALL contain food dyes which are poison to some people!!!

I've lost over a decade of my life to the unrecognized problems associated with food dye allergy!!!!

I've lost probably ten thousand dollars running to doctors, specialists, brain scans, psychiatrists, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome diagnoses!!! ALL FROM THE FOOD DYES IN SUPPLEMENTS YOU SELL WHILE I'M TRYING TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL BETTER!!

Stop -- food dye is poison to a lot of people!!! This includes caramel color, reds, oranges, yellows, annatto.

THIS IS NO JOKE.

I actually don't have any negative comments concerning the quality of the products thus far, but I would like to make a suggestion regarding the softgel skins. I recently bought a few different TruNature Softgel products, i.e. Trunature Milk Thistle, TruNature Organic Flaxseed & TruNature Triple Energy Ginsengs with Eleuthero. I then discovered that they all had the same brown coloured skins. Now, I find it rather confusing, when I am sorting out my vitamins for a number of days in advance and I get distracted for whatever reason, or I accidentally drop two of the same softgels in the same container with others, to determine which product I need to add or remove.

I would like to suggest that, if it is at all possible, the skin colour of the softgels for each product be varied.
