My little 3 year old loves this book. He just received it as a birthday present and we have "read" it everynight since. There is no "story". It is simply two trucks on a page yet the detail and the creativity is AWESOME. I enjoy "reading" it (admiring the pop up artwork) and I have since searched for other books by this author. Bob Staake is very talented I am sure you too will become a fan after you read this book. This is a great "jewel" for any child's library.

My daughter was given a baby shower, and in lieu of cards, we were asked to give a children's book so that she could start a collection. I knew amazon could help, so I began looking at pop up books for little boys...This book has a lot of detail and is very colorful and I thought it would be fun to make up stories with the little guy..I am sure they will have many adventures....

This book is great for a visual aid but there is nothing to read at all. It is not interactive so all you do is turn the page and look...I would not recommend this.

My son loves this book. He's 6 months old and absolutely loves the book. It was a great purchase.

I brought this book based on previous reviews & it HAS become my 2 1/2 y/o son's favorite book. He has hundred's of books in his room & this one sticks out for him (even from among his other pop-up books. I don't know why, but it sure has kids' appeal. His other favorite is "Snappy little farmyard" - which is out of print now

Popups are fun and both my grandsons enjoy this one. We read it together or each one will pick it up and look at it on his own. It teaches opposites too, like fast/slow, dirty/clean, etc. Colors are bright and nice quality pages.

Very big and splashy. Not a good choice for my 4 year old grandson who likes pop-up books with tabs and wheels so he can control some of the action. This book demonstrated to me that one cannot buy a book like this sight unseen.

Love the pop ups!! Rather short but still a very interestin book to see n show to children. Even my 4 mths old enjoys it when I showed it to her! My 31 mths daughter loves it a lot too. Less than a week the poster is torn cause my daughter repeatedly use it for playing. Shld've come in a thick/laminated card type.. Nonetheless it is still a fun book to have
