Theres not alot I can say about measuring spoons really. They are made to a high standard, durable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. At this price I dont see why you would need to pay more for a set of measuring spoons unless it was for decorative reasons.

As long as it measures correctly, why pay more for a set of measuring spoons? Now that I have them, I don't know how I got along without them in the past. They are really easy to clean - which is sooo important when you have a complex recipe calling for a lot of ingredients!

the printing on the handles came off the second time these were washed, not very satisified with this product.

Standard measuring spoons at a good price. Made from ABS plastic with clearly marked sizes. Dishwasher safe if placed on top rack.

It's really hard to go wrong with measuring spoons, and what can I say, they work! In the positive, they're durable, dishwasher safe and clearly marked. On the negative, unless you unclip them from each other (the gray part) you can't use them. That gray clip keeps them held together so tightly that you can't rotate out the inner spoons without it popping open. Not a big deal, but a bit of a pain

The "storage clasp" that holds the spoons together is a pain - I replaced it with a metal ring, and the set worked fine for about a year. Over time, however, the plastic has gotten brittle and two of the spoon handles have broken while I was hand washing them.

Not like you could really go too wrong with measuring spoons and all, so these are just fine. Hard plastic, easy to remove, easy to clean, do their job.

The measuring set would be better if the ring holding the spoons was larger. When you select one spoon to use the rest sit awkwardly in your hand. In addition, the ring has a small clasp that isn't especially strong. I routinely find that the set has come apart after a regular dishwasher cycle.

As far as measuring spoons go, most of the cheaper versions are made of plastic. I've since learned that on most plastic kitchen utensils, any words printed on will fade away with time. And the markings on these have started to fade after only about a year. That's not a problem for those who can easily discern a 1/2 teaspoon from a 1/4 teaspoon just by looking at them, but I don't want to have to stand there and think about what size spoon I'm holding.

In retrospect, I'd rather have purchased a metal set with engraved measurement readings to ensure a lifetime use. As it stands, these will probably only last one or two years before we have to buy another set. It's only a few dollars, but still annoying.

I can't justifiably give anything lower than 4 stars because they do the job, but the lack of longevity is a disappointment.

All the common measurements and a convenient key ring. Probably the best you can get in plastic.
