While one side slices garlic easily, I wasn't pleased with the mincing side, because it doesn't press the garlic through completely. Also, there is no cleaning tool with this press. I will rely on my other trusty garlic press for mincing (it has a cleaning tool) and use this one strictly for slicing garlic. Sturdy and with great output. (Downside: scent of garlic that is difficult to remove.)

I love the new Trudeau Garlic Duo, this is my new favorite ktichen tool. It slices and presses garlic beautifully, and it would be great addition to any kitchen.
I highly reccomend it.
