A well written book by Roger Birkman. I read this after taking the Birkman Method test, expecting it to shed even more light on my Birkman Report. It is a solid read for those wanting to reach their full potential.

This was a very interesting read on organizational leadrship. Dr. Birkman's method applies to many aspects of running an organization. His methods are easy to apply, very realistic for the workplace and allow the reader to see RESULTS from applying this method.
