I ordered this wine box to give as a wedding present with a bottle of very nice wine. I was uncertain if the item came with the wine tools--as is pictured--because the description said nothing of the tools. I decided to be safe and call Amazon's customer service center; the agent I spoke with ASSURED me the tools came with the product. THEY DID NOT. I received an empty wine box with a cheap-feeling lining in it. I returned the box the same day. Do not waste your money on this item!

I bought this box to use on my mantle so I could hide the cords from my tv. It's the perfect size, but it looks really cheap. The stitching is poor, and the materials are low quality. The latch had lost one of it's screws during shipping, and I later found it in the shipping box. Until I find something better it will sit on my mantle, but I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable giving this as a gift with wine in it. I would be embarrassed to give something so cheap looking. It's really too bad, because it looks really nice online.

Have bought 4 of these boxes. Not necessarily a really high-end item (velvet interior, real leather, etc.), but good for the price and makes a nice presentation when a cloth or paper bag is not fancy enough. I recommend it.
