I have had 20 years experience with psychotherapy and specialized in child sexual abuse. I used this book every day in my practice. Richard Gardner is considered by many to be the premiere expert on child sexual abuse. He ferrets out the hysteria from the actual, and tells you how to also. This differentiation is the hardest part of assessment. This book is a must for sexual abuse therapists'work.
