Bottom line: this book is *funny*.It takes quite a bit to get me to laugh out loud, in real life and particularly in print, but this book did it. My enjoyment was probably enhanced by the fact that I live in the same city as the author and so have personal experience to back up some of her stories with. Though it is a fair bit of $$$ for a very short read (a couple hours) and definitely not for one easily offended or searching for serious social commentary, this book is worth reading. -al |
