I have been using this CD while giving Reiki for a few months. The music is a wonderful accompaniment for both giver and receiver. The quiet chanting of precepts and mantras helps the Reiki flow from the giver. The beauty of the music, and the meaningful energy of the chants, puts the receiver in a state of Reiki bliss.
I also listen to it as background for meditation as well as doing household chores and it enhances the experience of both.

I picked up "True Reiki: Namaste'" by chance... although there are no coincidences, right? I found this CD to be a brilliant auditorial environment enhancer filling my space with positive and warm energy that nurtures the spirit & chakras without distracting from conversations or thought. This was the CD we used when I received my Reiki Level I & II attunments.
