Nothing beats common sense backed with facts and good judgement, and that clearly defines Tina's advice.” ―Peter Greenberg, CBS News

Made the salmon patties (used shrimp) and everyone in the house at them 8, 10 and 12 year old boys, me and husband.
Salmon is common in my diet so I immediately went to the index and checked out salmon and fish. “The Three Musketeers” recipe was listed under both. I find the index to be very thorough in both broad categories like fish and a more specific desire like salmon. You can find all salmon dishes listed under the heading fish and under the heading salmon itself. If it's in the recipe, it's in the index. This makes finding any specific type of recipe or ingredient we desire to prepare, very quick and easy to find. The table of contents places the salmon dish under the heading "Power Proteins from Land and Sea" showing Tina's love of food groups and nutrition. This chapter is even referenced in the index under protein.Read more ›
