Very good band, easy pull and good accuracy, only downside is the leather pouch ripped where it connects to the band.

These are target bands, good for targets and plinking, that's it.

I have been very impressed with the power and durability of this slingshot band. It has performed great whether I am using a 1/4", 38cal or 50cal ball bearing. After hundreds of pulls the bands are still going strong and the leather pouch looks hardly used. I will definitely be ordering this product again.
***Update***
Unfortunately I have now gone through 2 more of these bands and, like some of the other reviewers, I found that the bands quickly tore close to the leather pouch. Seems like it could be a manufacturing issue. The first bands I got lasted a really long time but the 2nd and 3rd lasted maybe 50 pulls each. They have excellent performance but if they are going to break that quickly I'll have to try a different kind. Since they tore so close to the pouch I think you could re-make them.

I've used a few Daisy, Marksman, no/name/cheap, and lots of Trumark tube bands. Trumark has my business! The pouches alone make the difference. With the others I've had pouches so slick and stiff the ammo was hard to center or hold. Trumark uses soft leather and I have shot tiny bb's - 000 lead buckshot with no problems.

I'm not sure how many sets of Trumark tubes I've used, but I've only had one pouch rip quickly, and a couple of tubes which didn't last as long as I thought they should. Be sure they're not old when you buy them, store them out of sunlight, and rub in the 303 protectant if you can get it. I had some 303 for on one set of red tubes and they shot, and shot; that stuff apparently works.

Now that I've shot thousands of rounds with Trumark tubes; the red tapers are my favorites. The yellow are almost as good. The heavy pull black last the longest, but you get little else for their very hard pull. They may shoot heavy lead ammo slightly harder, but it's not worth the extra effort in my opinion. Hard shooting bands are the ones which have the quickest snap back, not always a harder pull, especially with light or normal weight ammo.

NOTE: I've shot a lot of these tubes and I have had only one set of yellow tubes which were considerably weaker than normal, and one set of red which were slightly weaker than the others. They seem to be fairly consistent in quality.

***UPDATE*** I bought my tubes and slingshots from a nearby Academy Sports Store and they evidently dropped the Trumark brand. Now I must go to Bass Pro and pay more. The problem is that the bands have not lasted well. It's not the store, but I think maybe a different batch of tubes that are not as good. Some only lasted 100 to 200 shots. I'm going to order some from Trumark and see if I get better ones.

I bought the bands yesterday and went plinking with 1/2 inch marbles into a target. 30 pulls of the band and it tore about half an inch from the pouch. I'm pretty disappointed. While it lasted, it was awesome... but 30 pulls? that doesn't cut it.

These are my favorite bands for target shooting. High velocity and long life. The best of any brand I've used.

First let me say, I hate replacing bands. Even with alcohol, its still a pain in the butt. That being said, these are worth the work. Using them on a Beeman Marksman. Smooth pull and release, noticeable power increase. Recommend for anyone looking for replacement. PLEASE NOTE- I have seen people complaining about bands only lasting so long, then breaking. Everyone needs to remember-BANDS ARE A CONSUMABLE ITEM! This means they will eventually break. Each time you stretch them, it weakens them. Its the nature of the beast. SO order a spare and keep it handy!

Had to replace a worn out hand and this worked great. We don't use the slingshot a ton and this was the right price and quality.

I got a normal pull band for my nephew first. It snapped/ripped the first day. So I ordered this power band to replace it and it's not broken yet. He also says it has noticeably more force than the first one.
