slip on and slip off,
By Matilda's Mother (Boston, MA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Trumpette Cheeritoes Baby Socks (0-12 Months) (Apparel)
When my daughter outgrew the socks she wore for the first few months, I ordered Trumpettes based on other mothers' recommendations. Alas, they did not work as well for us as for our friends. The only way I found to keep them on her feet is to cuff them, but they were clearly not designed to be cuffed; the inside is unfinished looking, especially the dots. (Also, this is not a complaint but just an FYI: there is one striped and one dotted sock in each color. That was not clear from the picture since only one of each color is shown. If it is important to you to have matched pairs, you'll have to choose a different design!)

Coordinates well with lots of baby clothes,

These bright colors and stripes and dots coordinate well with a lot of baby clothes (unless you're a pastel pink and blue kind of family). You should know that each pair of socks has one striped and one polka dot sock. The miss-match is cute, but if you're a stickler for symmetry, these may not work for you. They do run small; my son outgrew them at about 6 months. But they do stay on better than other socks. If your baby is determined to pull them off, there's nothing much you can do though.
