Quality issue

I bought this product, but it came delivered with the D handle about 30 degrees off axis. The joint between the wooden shaft and the Polymer handle was also visibly chipped/splintered. I returned it for a replacement. I haven't received the new one yet. Though the product supposedly carries a 10 year warranty, I have had no luck contacting this company. Googling 'Truper tools' for a customer service number came up empty. The product is delivered with no documentation. The product is made in Mexico, so I am not sure what the customer support is here in the USA. I feel more comfortable doing business with companies with good product documentation - even if it is just a card attached with website and contact numbers - than another foreign company slidng by with no customer/warranty support.

EDIT: I received my new fork without the previous quality issues. Amazon still has no idea how to contact this company. Amazon Customer Service doesn't understand how they carry a product that even they cannot contact. I think I'll keep the product and hope I can contact the company if I have any issues in the future.

EDIT II: Sears sells this same item for about $6 less.

A Barn,4 horses, 4 stalls to clean, need I say more??? I needed a new manure fork for daily cleaning/digging out stalls. I actually ordered 2 from this Company- Came fast- packaged SUPER well. After using it for um 4-5 weeks-- I must say I should have ordered these sooner! It would have saved me time and money. They are they heavy kind, tines close together, so you don't lose the "road apples-aka pieces" but the stall shavings can still fall thru. Excellent for digging out the wet areas of the stalls also. You're NOT gonna break these forks! Nice and heavy version! Good weight to the fork-you know you have a quality bedding fork in your hands. If I ever wear these 2 out-- I'll order the EXACT same ones- over again- it makes cleaning stalls a easier & faster--NOW- onto riding YAY!!! Thanks!

Excellent Piece of Garden Equipment!

I bought this manure fork to use as a compost turning fork. I have several compost projects going, and the largest,at 6x10x3 feet, is a major project to turn. It used to take forever with a standard garden fork, but with this beautiful 10-tine fork I'm finished in no time. It lifts such a heavy load that I do have to take care to be very aware of my movements to prevent any injury, but I rate this as one of the best garden implements I have ever purchased. I made the mistake of buying one of those so-called compost turners last year. It is a useless piece of junk and doesn't work as it is purported to do. This very sturdily made, solid fork, however, is a well engineered beauty. I highly recommend it for anyone with hefty amounts of compost, hay, manure --whatever-- that they need to move.

manure bedding fork

This is a very sturdy fork. The quality is excellant and it works very well. The only thing I don't like is the length of the handle. I should have researched this a little better. I am very short and the handle is way too long for me. I have to hold it halfway down the handle to be able to use it. However other than that I am very happy with it.

Sturdy pitch fork

I garden and have had problems with the tines of my pitch fork bending as I try to dig up roots of tiger lillies or hostas to transplant. This pitch fork is much sturdier and does not give at all. I always had to bend back the tines of my pitch fork and this one is so strong and resilient.

Arrived very fast,used same day to shovel wood chips. Much faster than standart garden fork. Tines are fairly thick and sturdy. Fork is a lot sturdier than I had expected for the price even thought it was rated as a mid grade fork. Could easily handle all farm and yard chores

Unground welds
