Even if you don't know legendary rock photographer Jim Marshall - you know his photographs. Jimi Hendrix setting his guitar on fire onstage at Monterey, Johnny Cash in Folsom Prison and flipping the bird onstage, Miles Davis boxing at Newman's Gym, Jim Morrison taking a puff...

Marshall's latest book is filled with never before published images mixed with his classics along with the stories behind them. Marshall explains his access to the biggest names in rock in the forward "Whenever anyone asks me how I got the photographs I did, why I was often the only photographer present or got such unique access I reply simply, `Trust'.

Classic photo's and cheeky anecdotes done by a passionate professional who doesn't take crap and knows what he wants.
His interaction and honesty with the people he shoots are what sets him apart from other rock photographers. Comes in a fantastic sleeved hard bound cover this book is a must for collectors of this kind of material.(In short get it.)
