About the Author

Mark Fritz is the founder of Procedor, a company focused on two main areas: Personal Effectiveness (Leading Yourself) and Leadership Effectiveness (Leading Others). Mark provides consulting, training, and coaching/mentoring services to companies throughout the world. Mark has lived in the U.S., Singapore, Egypt, the Netherlands, Italy, Japan, and the UK, and has successfully combined best practices from around the world to create an innovative set of business tools and insights that can help businesses of all sizes be even more successful.

 

He is an associate of Ashridge College in the UK, co-teaching Leading Complex Teams, and a visiting professor teaching Virtual Leadership at the HEC in France, at the Instituto de Empresa in Spain, and at IFL--Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
