4.0 out of 5 stars The future of Houston Hop
Every few years a certain click of rappers rule the industry. Death Row and Bad Boy in 92-95, No Limit in 97-99, Cash Money in 99-02 etc...Now it's these Houston cats coming from nowhere. Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Lil Flip, Z ro, Bun B, Magnificent, etc. The head honcho of this group is Chamillionaire. His style is not exaclty South but more like a Virginia MC...

3.0 out of 5 stars Average Cd
This was a good cd for about the first 4 tracks because he used a lot of beats from "The Documentary" and the chopped and screwed cd was very well done. Trae can rap, but he needs better beats on the cd before he breaks out.

Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Lil Flip, Z ro, Bun B, Magnificent, etc. The head honcho of this group is Chamillionaire. His style is not exaclty South but more like a Virginia MC. Throughout this Truth CD he disses fellow Houstonite Mike Jones. So for you people out there that like beef, then this CD is for you. If you like that a b c elementary rap, then this CD is not for you. Check the song with him Bun B and Lil Flip. Chamillionaire absolutely tear this song out the frame. Cham spits fire and that's my fair warning.

4.0 out of 5 stars DOnt order from BayloEnt2@aol.com, September 7, 2004
This review is from: Drama (Audio CD)
I ordered the CD, which is 3 disks. Disk 2 the screwed version and Disk 3 Tippin Down were there but disk one was replaced by Kanye West's The COllege Dropout. I emailed these dudes several times trying to get a solution to it and to get my disk 1 but I never got a reply. So they gonna be in for a shock when they get the letter from the better business bureau. SO dont waste your time with these dudes. Otherwise the 2 disks I got were cool, Cham kills em. I just wanna get my disk 1.

4.0 out of 5 stars THE TRUTH!, November 6, 2005

Not another rapper in the game deserves to have a mixtape entitled "The Truth" the only reason this album does not get a 5 is that it sounds like whoo kid threw it together.. Dont get me wrong this is a great album and a must have for any Koopa fan.. But some of it is already on other Chamillion albums like Chamillitary and Mixtape Messiah... The Chopped version of this album has the Victory Freestyle off the Chamillitary Album... That is also a must have for any Chamillionaire fan....... Dyke Jones Phoney

5.0 out of 5 stars What to expect, July 8, 2005
This review is from: The Truth (Audio CD)
If you like Chamillionaire, you won't be dissapointed with this CD. He gives you nothing but the best lyrics Houston has to offer. Alot of the songs are cut short, and DJ Whoo Kidd is extremely annoying in the background yelling and adding alot of gun shots to every song. But overall, Cham can never dissapoint you. Some of my choice songs are, definatley "Platinum Allstars," listen to that flow; "I'm A Bad Man" and "Oh No."

Chamillionaire has the perfect balance between flow, lyrics, beats, and simply style. I haven't been feelin too many people in the rap game lately, so it's nice to hear somebody that brings it raw. Nobody has come like this from the south since Scarface. Oh, and it's another one up to hear somebody wrecking Dyke Jones' wack @$$. Yo Cham, you're the true King of the South. Keep slangin them CDs.

This review is from: Drama (Audio CD)
King Koopa has got to be the best rapper alive and on this he shows that if any body gets in his way there gone to get ran over. The best part is that this is an underground freestyle CD.
My favorite, well all of them are good is I mean that, the beat is good and he makes a fool out of dyke.So if your a fan then you should definatley pick this up.

you gotta tell Ron C he gotta chop and screw that
This 3 disk CD is off tha chain,
track 19 disk one appeals to everyone..........this is definitely the best lyricist to ever come out of the South.
I played this song on New Year's Eve to very conservative people - by the end of the evening they were singing Slow motion 4 me, slow motion 4 me....u gotta tell Ron C he gotta chop and screw that.........Chamillionaire is absolutely real and there ain't anything fake about him.......he is currently outselling the best of the best in the rap game.

This is how it is.....for all you know know Koopa and listen to him from way back yall know he's better then this. Nevertheless this album is just that good, I know and the world need to know that he will come out with his solo album thats gonna be ten times better than this one. Chamillionaire runs the south and this album just shows you get in his way your career is over...Mike Jones...WHO? is and actual question now cuz no one will know who this dyke is soon. King Koopa wrecking again
