Texas Country from the dirt up. Dan's country sound is fun, and straightforward. Roll down the windows, crank it up and I'm ready for a road trip to Austin! Great music...keep writing...I'm ready for more from this musician.

Hey, I'm not even a country music fan and I LOVE this CD!!!!

My favorite was the song "40 Years". I just couldn't get that one out of my head. I went to Dan's show at the Hills Cafe in Austin and he told the story behind that song. It's about his parents. He wrote it for their 40th wedding anniversary. Very sweet, and catchy!

Those of us at the show that night were even privileged to hear the lost last verse, that didn't make it into the CD! :)

Anyway, my recommendation is to BUY this CD and BUY IT NOW!!!
