Easily The BEST Book I Have Ever Read,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: The Truth About Twelve (School & Library Binding)
I have read two books by Theresa Martin Golding and have already started to search for more. The Truth About Twelve is a perfect book for school suggestion lists or just for reading in spare time. I could read this story a hundred more times and never get tired of it. I think they should do a movie of it.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: The Truth About Twelve (School & Library Binding)
This book is about a girl named Lindy. She has a big secret. That she cant tell anyone. She wont tell anyone where she lives her phone number or anything. Even the nicest girl in school. If you want to know the secret read this book. This book is best for kids who are at least 11. Younger children might not like it.

My daughter loved this book, but hated that I had troubles reading the last chapter to her. I had troubles because it made me cry. She was about 8 years old when we read it together. Even though she is old enough to read on her own, we still enjoy reading books together and I like reading books about young girls coming of age so we get a chance to discuss issues that she may be facing in coming years.
