Alesana is incredible! Every album is amazing, I absolutely love their mix of scream/melodic vocals. But the reason I am writing this review is just to let you know that if you have "On Frail Wings of Vanity And Wax" you have all but 3 songs already to the re-release of Try This With Your Eyes Closed. So if you want to save yourself some money don't worry about buying this album if you already own "On Frail Wings...." The 3 songs that are not on "On Frail Wings...." are tracks 4, 8, 9. The song titles "Not A Single Word About This", "Goodbye, Goodnight, For Good", "Beautiful In Blue." So just buy those 3 tracks for $3 if you want to save yourself some money from buying the whole album. But if you love this band as much as I do, most will go ahead and buy the cd, because like the review before me it does have some "rawness" to it.

This CD isn't one of their best, but it is awesome to hear some of their songs with an "unedited" sort of sound. It doesn't sound bad at all, just different. If you like Alesana get this.

I found this album in Hot Topic today and I am in love with the songs. It is one of those rare musical pieces that I know will be in my c.d. player and one of the first albums to go on my ipod touch when I get it L.O.L Its just awesome to listen to so far and in my opinion AMAZING ... so give it a try cause I'm digging it :) I found it while rooting through the Alesana section and figured I would give it a try. Now its in my disc player for as long as it will stay... Nys'
