It's rare for the art of a manga series I'm reading to be so beautiful that I actually want to buy a book of the illustrations. I mean, I can usually find most illustrations on galleries online whenever I feel like it. But (obviously) this Tsubasa art book is one of the exceptions. CLAMP has an especially lovely way of designing their illustrations. It seems like a considerable amount of care goes into each image, and I feel like I appreciate the beauty each image more in this book. When I look at the images in the book I notice small details I didn't before. There is a lot of detail, the costumes/settings are usually unique, and each image gives off a certain feeling. At the time of writing this, Amazon is offering this art book at $13.59 (with the potential for free shipping) and I feel that it's a good price.

If one of the things you love best about Tsubasa is the art, then you should get this book. Especially because sometimes you come across illustrations you didn't know existed.

This artbook, Tsubasa ALBuM De REProDUCTioNS: Original Art Collection is gorgeous and a great buy.

CLAMP is well known for their beautiful illustrations and designs. I love their artwork along with the series Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. For awhile, I thought I could just save all the scans to my computer and live with it like that, but nothing compares to actually owning the book and having them to physically carry around and look at.

Plus, not all the images are scanned in online, so it was a pure joy to look through the book and stumble across illustrations that I've never seen before. CLAMP really does produce beautiful works of art. The pictures offer a wide variety of characters, settings, and things, including side characters, Yuko, new and old settings, all strung together to create a wonderful artbook.

The book itself is a nice size, its not small, bigger than most of my text books, but not overbearingly big. Just the right size! But, the normal size of artbooks. The pages are high quality printing and I feel like I have something very close to the originals.

At the end of the book, there is a cute, funny comic with Sakura and Co. and its absolutely adorable. Also, in the index, there is thumbnails of each piece of art in the book, with captions explaining why it was designed, what it was used for, et cetra. I really enjoyed reading about how they came up with Sakura and Kurogane fishing together.

And with such a cheap price, whats not to like!? Most artbooks go for very steep prices these days! I rate this artbook a 5/5 because you get way more than what you pay for, especially if you love CLAMP's artwork and Tsubasa.

I love this book. At the end where the artists comments on their work it mentions a 'clearfile', let me make this clear, there is not a clearfile with this version, the japanese one has the clearfile.

This book is a must for any Tsubasa fan! The artwork is really pretty!

I own quite a bit of CLAMP's work and this art collection just brings the majesty and magnificence of Tsubasa in such a grand way. There are full, two page photos, many of which you cannot see of that clarity or size unless you scour the internet. The photos are all in full color, with an index in the back to reference where the photo originally was published (what volume cover, etc.).

I purchased my copy from Borders, only because I was browsing for other material and saw it, and I had to have it right then and there. Although I purchased it for $19.99 (as I write this it is available from Amazon for $13.59) it is worth every penny. All of CLAMP's works are worth every penny.

And with this purchase, any fan of CLAMP and of Tsubasa will not be disappointed!

These drawings are beautiful! I was happy with the product as soon as I obtained it and I would recommend it to any CLAMP lover. The detailed explanations in the back for each piece of art really go in depth about how it was colored and where it could be found. The art is touched up, also, so even if you own a production of one of the pictures these are better quality and even more amazing. I love it! I just wish there were more... But it was still a decent length.

Would give it a six if I could.

Moving on, I had looked at this book in my bookstore for a while, deciding whether or not to buy it. I would flip through it and think 'Nah, It's not worth it' but after a few months, I broke down and bought it.
It's marvelous!
The artwork...well it's by CLAMP, what do you expect?
There is a nice variety of the characters and scenery, it never get's boring.
Plus, there are artist comments in the back, which is personally my favorite.
The book is a huge inspiration to me, and it's much better than their other artbook from chobits, which only had pictures of Chi.
Also, there is a short manga in the back which even my dad found cute and funny!
Well worth the money!
I hope to see the second art book translated and up for purchase soon, as from the scans I've seen, I think it is much better!

I'm not really a big fan of Clamp but seeing that the price is pretty cheap,I went ahead and bought it, as I'm currently collecting various types of art books. I didn't expect much from it but this book surpassed that expectation. The arts is absolutely wonderful. I spent quite some time looking at each picture in the book, as opposed to some other art books, when I just flip over the pages quickly. The quality of the paper is also very nice, glossy paper that would get yellow over time. The binding is decent, I have nothing to complain about it. I also like that this book includes a lot of pictures of the guys. I don't know why that's relevant. Overall, if you're fond of Clamp art works, this book is very worth buying.
