This is my third Tsubo shoe. They look good, they're great for walking. This shoe, though it fits both categories, has a problem -- the outer leather seems to be a veneer-like strip of leather or other material. The toe of my shoe has rubbed against carpeted floors, and instead of a scuff the outer layer of the leather peels off. Polishing will not fix this issue. Because of this one major flaw, I give it one star. If you buy a pair, make sure you walk carefully in them.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. He thinks Tsubo's are the most comfortable shoe made. He is on his feet all day at work and loves these shoes...I bought several pairs in different colors. Best price on Amazon, do not purchase any other place!

I purchased several of Tsubo shoes to try them out. I bought my husband these shoes and while they are made well and are comfortable, true to size and stylish, they look very European giving a slender look to a man's foot. My husband's taste does not include looking like a well-to-do European with an expensive sports car (I can't imagine why not). It is odd since the look of the shoe on the foot slenderizes the foot while the overall style remains casual. Despite my husband's preferences, Recommend.

I have owned many Tsubo's and one of the most durable was the Corvus. This shoe is very similar. A light leather slip on with a slightly dresssy Euro-trash look. I liked to wear the Corvus without socks but this model seems to a bit poky around the tongue. My favorite models have been the Rhod Casual and anything with the same sole. They have a wide toe box like a Keen. Most other Tsubos are little narrow for me in the toe box. That said after break in the Corvus has been a great model and I hope this wears well too. Many other of my Tsubos have not worn well but then again they are so comfortable I tend to wear them all of the time.
