This vhs, properly titled: Tubby the Tuba and friends, contains Tuby the Tuba, Madcap Models(puppetoons), the 3 Stooges in Gangster Dragster and Get That Snack Shack Off the Track. 30 minutes. Color.

This is a fun video ahead of its time--1946--though it's not up to modern technology. The feature is the best of a few cartoons on the video, a little better than the 2nd one. But for pre-schoolers, it's wonderful for its wide-eyed and creative characters, as well as its music--a wonderful melody that becomes "Tubby's tune.".

A beautiful music and nice drawings that children will adore and adults won't hate to watch over and over again...
I stumbled upon this gem by pure chance, while trying to find something suitable for my 3 year old who's absolutely obsessed with musical instruments these days... It's not easy to find, our public library had only 2-3 copies in central branch, so I had to order it, but I'm really glad I did! Too bad this VCR is unavailable - I'd recommend it to every parent, and really everybody who enjoys beautiful music.
