I've bought a couple sleeves for my other notebooks over time. They do wonders to keep notebooks protected during travel. Most are slim enough to fit inside briefcases with compartments for notebooks. In my experience, if the sleeve fits the notebook snug enough it works great -otherwise it's like wearing shoes that are too large for one's feet. This inexpensive sleeve fits great my HP Pavilion 6000 with screen size 14.1". You can't go wrong with this sleeve if your laptop is the same size.

This product was a great fit for my 14.1" HP laptop. Highly recommended and slides smooth over my nice casing. The zipper does not scratch the case on the way in or out!

This sleeve offers some protection for my DELL Latitude E6410 (14.1") when in my backpack. I think it is a good buy, but if you look for something very sturdy this might not be the best product for you.
